Return and Exchange Conditions

If one of the following conditions is met, customers can apply for exchange and please contact the local service agency:

1. Batch products have quality problems (including components, production, structural parts, design), causing users to be unable to use them normally;

2. Any abnormality of the product occurs after unpacking;

3. The actual product received by the user does not meet the order requirements (including software and hardware);

4. The return and exchange time shall not exceed 15 days.
